We're here for anyone facing trauma, grief, or adversity, with a specialty, grounded in lived experience, in first responders, military, veterans, and the families who love them.

EMDR Consultant
Trauma, grief, and adversity. Specialized care for adults, couples, first responders, military, veterans, and the families who love them.
Former paramedic. Educator for 18 years. Married to a police officer. Daughter and spouse of veterans. Over a decade of experience working directly with these communities.
I came to this work by way of it. Before I became a clinician, I was a paramedic. My husband is a police officer and a veteran. My father is a veteran, too.
These communities aren’t a population I learned about in school. They’re my people. For over a decade, I’ve sat with clients through trauma, grief, and the heavy stretches of life that don’t have easy names.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and lived experience in equal measure. I lean on EMDR and IFS-informed care because they get to what’s underneath, not just what’s visible.
When clients come to me, we don’t stay on the surface. We dig deep, and we do it together. If that’s the kind of partnership you’re ready for, let’s do this.
Our care is grounded in EMDR consulting and IFS-informed practices, evidence-based modalities, and a holistic view of what it takes to heal. Sessions are designed for adults and couples ready to go beyond coping skills and into what actually moves things forward.
Many clients come to us after trying therapy that didn’t go far enough. We understand that frustration, and we believe everyone deserves a clinician committed to lasting change.
Weekly therapy. Multi-day intensives. Coaching for the long arc. Different formats, all built around the same core belief: real change requires going beneath the surface.
We operate as a private-pay practice, which gives us the flexibility to do the depth of work our clients need. Accessibility matters to us. If cost is a concern, please reach out — we’re happy to discuss options.
At Brave Fight Institute, we equip clinicians with evidence-based modalities, cultural competence, and the tools to do meaningful trauma work — for clients navigating the full spectrum of adverse life experiences. We exist to support long-term healing and prevent suicide in the communities we call our own.
